The owner and operator of the Site is The New Store Owned By Mostafa Bin Abdullatif Investments One Person Company LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) under license number 207687 with its office located at Mostafa Bin Abdullatif Building, Street 5a, Al Souk, Dubai in the UAE (“we”, “our” or “us”).

You Agree to

By using our Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully as they constitute the terms and conditions of a legally binding agreement between you and the company. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Site may suffer) of any such breach. Using our Site, even after any change in Terms, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you don't feel comfortable with agreeing to these Terms as they are, please stop using our Site, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.

Your thenewstore.ae Account

Users may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to create a User account, (your “Account,”) that may allow you to receive information from us and/or to participate in certain features or access of the Site. We will use the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. With respect to any such registration of your Account, we may refuse to grant to you the username you request.

You are responsible for:

Providing the current, complete and accurate information, at the time of registration of your Thenewstore.ae account, to the best of your knowledge;
Maintaining and promptly updating your registration information on the Web site so that it remains current, complete and accurate;
Creating the password at the time of registration. You also acknowledge and agree that we may rely on this password to identify you;
All use of your Account, regardless of whether you authorized such access or use, and for ensuring that all use of your Account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms of Service;
Using this account for personal or individual use only;
All activities that occur under your Account.

Prohibited Uses of Our Site

To protect our Site from being misused, we have made some rules that apply to every user equally. These rules have been erected solely to ensure that every Thenewstore.ae user enjoys the experience on our Site without interruption. Use Site for purposes that are not permitted by this Terms & Condition and against any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

Prices

Base Currency

All fees and prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). You might see prices/fees in your local currency based on standard currency exchange.

Changing of Prices

Site prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Site from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

Typographical Errors

We strive for accuracy in all item’s descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Site. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, we shall at our own sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from our Site are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. We do not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

Orders

Placing an Order

Placing an order can be done from the Site. Should you place the order from the Site, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. We suggest Customers to proof-read the order form several times before validating the order. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

Order Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice to you. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Order Acknowledgement

We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email-ID once your order has processed or changed its status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your Account on our Site.

Cancel Orders

You may request for order cancellation, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Use this guide to cancel your order.

WARRANTY POLICY

All warranty periods indicated are from thenewstore.ae, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Thenewstore.ae. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Thenewstore.ae warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

All communication for update/feedback on complaint tickets created is made either by email or by call. In the event an email update or a call is unanswered for 3 days, the complaint ticket would need to be closed and a new complaint ticket would need to be created, provided the item is still under warranty.
